Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dinco Trading LLC.

Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched or delivered.
Once the goods have been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.

We accept returns only in the case of defective items.

To qualify:

You must report any defect or issue within 24 hours of delivery via email to: sales@dinco.ae
Goods must be returned in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging.
Items with any scratches, dents, or signs of handling will not be eligible for return.
Any item that has been cut, bent, drilled, or processed in any way will not be accepted for return.

Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues before any work is carried out on the materials.
Return shipping costs and liability are the customer’s responsibility.
Please use a trackable and insured courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
